Apply weekly to clean skin to an area, or the full body for 10-20 minutes and rinse away with lukewarm water.

Dead Sea mud from the lowest point on the Earth’s surface at – 417 meters below sea level, which helps maintain optimal hydration levels by enhancing the skin’s ability to retain moisture as it firms, tones and tightens the skin, helping the skin to rejuvenate itself naturally.

Breathing Benefits

While taking a deep breath, inhaling deeply for three seconds, apply weekly on clean skin to an area, or the full body. Pause. Focus on your breath, close your eyes and exhale slowly for six seconds. While inhaling again, start to gently massage in the mud and on the exhale, drop your hands, relax, close your eyes. Leave for 10-20 minutes, taking this time to relax, light a candle, mediate and breathe conscious deep breaths in order for the mud to be fully and beneficially absorbed on skin and rinse away with lukewarm water.
